Refunds, returns and cancellation

Steel is tough, but couriers can be tougher. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it. LazrForm is prepaid only — cash on delivery is not available.

Damaged in transit

Record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We send a free replacement once we have seen the damage.

Wrong item or size

If we sent the wrong design, size or finish, we replace it at no cost.

Custom and personalised pieces

Custom car, bike, name and photo pieces are cut only for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. You approve a digital proof before any steel is cut. The only exception is damage in transit reported with an unboxing video within 48 hours.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before cutting starts. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once cutting has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original UPI, card or netbanking account within 5–7 working days.
